Virginia McMahon is the Founder and Co-Owner of L.A. McMahon Building Maintenance, Inc., a Schaumburg-based company specializing in residential building maintenance and window washing. She is also co-owner of the Fireplace and Chimney Authority, a full-service fireplace and barbeque grill company

As an entrepreneur, Dave started a software consulting and development firm that assisted their clients in establishing enterprise-wide reporting and analytics environments. Many of these organizations were top performers in their respective marketplaces. Through an acquisition by Cognos/IBM, Dave went on to head multiple initiatives focused initially on improving the client implementation experience of business intelligence software to ultimately running an international financial and performance management business unit overseeing development, marketing and field activity

Rhett Buttle is the Founder of Public Private Strategies (PPS) and National Business Advisor to the Biden for President campaign.

Before founding Public Private Strategies, Rhett was the Business Engagement Director at Hillary for America serving as Secretary Clinton’s liaison and private sector advisor during her run for President. Before joining the campaign, Rhett was President & Managing Director of a national business advocacy organization where he led an organization of over 25 people actively doing policy and advocacy work both nationally and in 10 states across the country.

Brian is a Chicago-based (but New York-enamored) Global Account Executive in the technology space. He has spent his career helping companies digitally transform and become more agile through cloud solutions. After five years working at Salesforce, Brian's exposure to helping companies leverage front-end applications allowed him to uniquely position technology to address his customers' issues. Brian became an expert at helping to reduce operational costs, increase top-line revenue, and streamline manual processes. He now works with Global, Fortune 100 accounts from a more technical perspective working with Cloud Computing, Storage, and Infrastructure for cloud solutions.
